It’s been rumored that Gavin Newsom is out of sight since getting his booster because he developed Bell’s Palsy or Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS). This normally would happen within hours after getting his booster so this make perfect sense.
This also explains why nobody has seen him in public since Oct 27: anyone who saw him would instantly know.
I checked into this and I’m over 90% sure that this is true (but I can’t tell you publicly about it without revealing my source) which prompted me to write this article.
Am I 100% certain? No. This is just my personal educated guess piecing together the information (both from public and private sources) that I’ve gathered.

Here’s the background for my hypothesis:
- Twitter reports of facial paralysis: first thought is Bell’s Palsy
- Emails with my friends say it is GBS
- Neurologist says either can cause facial paralysis
- Email I sent to a good friend of Newsom (who for sure knows his condition) about vaccine-induced Bell’s Palsy drew an immediate response asking for more info on effective treatments
Albert Benavides (aka WelcomeTheEagle88) recently did a VAERS analysis for me looking at symptoms that are elevated by the vaccine versus a 5-year baseline rate (VAERS reports from 2015-2019).
Look at what popped up on #11 (the 11th highest elevated adverse event). You are 1,533 times more likely to get Bell’s Palsy after the COVID vaccines than any other vaccine.
NOTE: This screen shot is the “tip of the iceberg” as far as serious adverse events caused by the COVID vaccines. The full list is over 5,000 elevated adverse events and I’ll be writing about this later today on substack (subscribe to be notified).
Guillain-Barre after these vaccines is less likely than Bell’s Palsy by a factor of 4.5, so I’m guessing it is more likely Bell’s Palsy (but it could be GBS).
Did the vaccine cause Bell’s Palsy (or GBS) for Newsom? He was perfectly fine before the shot and within hours after the shot, he’s paralyzed. Could be bad luck. But come on.
Why doesn’t he just admit the truth, that he got Bell’s Palsy (or GBS) from the vaccine? Well, truth-telling is not how it is done in politics. The reason he won’t tell the truth it:
It would create vaccine hesitancy because it would be an admission that the vaccines aren’t safe like he claims
It would make him look silly for mandating these very dangerous vaccines that are killing/disabling adults and kids in California.
He doesn’t want to make the CDC look incompetent for never spotting the safety signal.
Newsom is still mandating your kids get the vaccine. A number of them will suffer neurological damage just like he did as a result of his mandate.
Bell’s and GBS are just two of over 5,000 adverse events that are elevated by these vaccine. More troubling is that the risk-benefit analysis for 5 to 11 I’ve seen shows we will kill 117 kids to maybe save 1 kid from COVID.
Governor Newsom and the CDC don’t seem to care about that; there’s not even a CDC category for vaccine deaths.
Over 120,000 Americans have suffered from Bell’s Palsy after vaccination (you take the incidence rate from the table and multiply by the minimum VAERS underreporting factor (URF) of 41 which is calculated here) and it could easily be over 250,000 cases.
A neurologist I know has over 2,000 clients with vaccine injuries (out of a 20,000 client base). The neurologist never had any events before now in his/her practice caused by the vaccine. This shows you it is the vaccine causing the events, not “over-reporting” as is claimed by the FDA.
When will it end?
I hope soon. But nobody in America likes to admit they were wrong. Even after they’ve been injured.
Joel Kallman, the creator of the V-safe application, died shortly after he was vaccinated. He never got a chance to tell people what he thought of the safety of the vaccine.
Let’s hope that Newsom gets the chance to learn from this and change his thinking.

Outrageous Lack of Transparency—Pfizer Now Asks Court for 75 Years to Hide Details of COVID-19 Vaccine Trial Results.
TrialSite has tracked attorney Aaron Siri and his client’s Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) case against Pfizer for full disclosure of clinical trials documentation. Siri shared in a previous post that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) asked a federal judge to delay the full disclosure of all relevant documentation till 2076—55 years from now!
Siri, who is a partner with the law firm Siri Glimstad representing the Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency (PHMPT) countered to the court that Pfizer should disclose the entire batch of documentation within 108 days which just happens to be the amount of time it took for the Gold Standard regulatory agency to review and approve Pfizer’s vaccine. After the court-ordered both parties to submit updated briefs, now in what can only be considered an insult to injury, Pfizer “doubles down.” Meaning the pharmaceutical company now wants to hide the extent of all of the material information till 2096.

10 Examples of How China's Corruption & Government Killed People
A plethora of politicians and government officials across the globe screwed up in their handling of the COVID-19 Pandemic. The Chinese government, however, was acutely damaging with its ineptitude, because it, more than any other entity, had a chance to limit the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus when it first emerged in late 2019. Instead of trying to contain the virus with the help of the international community, however, the Chinese government lied, misled, and stalled. All of humanity has experienced the disastrous result of this negligence.
In his new book, Uncontrolled Spread, physician, senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute, and former FDA commissioner Scott Gottlieb focused his considerable expertise on pointing out the ways in which the world's response to COVID-19 fell short, and how we can better prepare for the next inevitable pandemic. Early on in the book, he chronicled numerous examples of the Chinese government's inept, corrupt handling of what was then an emerging outbreak.
Here are ten of them:
1. Silencing Genetic Sequencing.
In late December 2019, doctors around Wuhan started noticing people coming in with a strange pneumonia, and began sending patient samples to genomics companies for sequencing. The reports they received back were disturbing – it was a never-before-seen, SARS-like coronavirus. By January 1, provincial health officials instructed these companies to stop testing samples from the Wuhan outbreak and to destroy their remaining specimens. Two days later, China's top health authority ordered genomics labs not to publish any data related to the novel coronavirus.
2. Censoring Doctors.
Early on in the pandemic, Wuhan's local doctors quickly realized that a novel virus was spreading, and took to social media platforms like WeChat and Weibo to share information with each other. They were soon censored by the Chinese government, and posts related to what was then dubbed "Wuhan SARS' were suppressed. Many doctors were detained, interrogated, and threatened with prosecution. "Chinese scientists and physicians took risks, and their efforts saved lives," Gottlieb wrote.
3. Deploying Social Media Bots.
According to ProPublica, more than ten thousand Chinese government-linked accounts on Twitter were used to cast doubt on early reports related to the outbreak in Wuhan.
4. Censoring Social Media.
Citizen Lab documented thousands of keywords related to COVID that were suppressed by the Chinese government on platforms YY and WeChat. Many deleted posts criticized the government for their handling of the outbreak.
5. Not Reporting the Outbreak to the WHO as Required.
As a signatory to major public health treaties, the Chinese government was required to notify the world community of any unusual, novel pathogen within its borders that could spread internationally, typically within 72 hours of detection. The novel coronavirus clearly met this description, yet Chinese officials withheld information about the virus for weeks.
6. Refusing to Share the Coronavirus' Genetic Sequence.
When the genetic sequence of the coronavirus was first shared widely in early January, it was a heroic, rogue Chinese researcher, not the government, who did so. Dr. Zhang Yongzhen was directed not to release the information, but frustrated with what he perceived as irresponsibility by government officials, he defied their order. Within hours, Zhang's lab was shut down by the Shanghai Municipal Health Commission for "rectification".
7. Not Sharing Virus Samples.
Very early on, global researchers were clamoring for Chinese officials to share samples of the novel coronavirus so they could evaluate it and begin developing diagnostic tests, vaccines, and therapeutics. Government officials never did. "Access to those samples at the outset could have helped the world prepare," Gottlieb wrote. "And without the source strains, it would be impossible to determine with any certainty the virus's origin."
8. Attempting to Avoid Travel Restrictions.
In early February, as it started to become clear that China was losing control of the outbreak, the government was still privately clashing with the WHO to block the declaration of a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC). Government officials wanted to avoid burdensome travel restrictions which the PHEIC would likely lead to.
9. Misleading the World Health Organization.
In the early days of the pandemic, the WHO publicly stated that it was in constant contact with Chinese government officials. This was true, but the dialogue was essentially useless. "The WHO would submit long lists of questions to Chinese officials, related to the scope and severity of the epidemic. In return, the Chinese government would provide achingly incomplete replies," Gottlieb wrote. Little of value was relayed.
10. Refusing to Allow CDC Scientists Into Wuhan.
Roughly a dozen CDC staff are permanently stationed in Beijing. On January 1, 2020, CDC Director Robert Redfield emailed Dr. George Fu Gao, the director of China's CDC, requesting that these U.S. researchers be granted access to the outbreak hot zone to assist in identification of the novel pathogen. Gao refused, and would do so again when Redfield pressed the matter. At the time, Chinese officials were still saying publicly there was no evidence of person-to-person spread. Redfield believes that U.S. scientists would have quickly discovered that the coronavirus was spreading human-to-human, and doing so asymptomatically.

Scott Gottlieb also presented Are We Already At Herd Immunity at 83.3%? He did give credit to natural immunity which I commend but also credited 63.1% to vaccine immunity which seems extremely overstated considering the vaccinated are getting COVID at extremely high rates.

YouTube Has Censored 1 Million Videos For Having Opposing Views
YouTube has removed 1 million videos for dangerous COVID-19 misinformation (aka opposing views) since February 2020, according to YouTube’s Chief Product Officer Neal Mahon.
Mahon shared the statistic in a blog post outlining how the company approaches misinformation on its platform. “Misinformation has moved from the marginal to the mainstream,” he wrote. “No longer contained to the sealed-off worlds of Holocaust deniers or 9-11 truthers, it now stretches into every facet of society, sometimes tearing through communities with blistering speed.”
At the same time, the Youtube executive argued that “bad content” accounts for only a small percentage of YouTube content overall. “Bad content represents only a tiny percentage of the billions of videos on YouTube (about .16-.18% of total views turn out to be content that violates our policies),” Mahon wrote. He added that YouTube removes almost 10 million videos each quarter, “the majority of which don’t even reach 10 views.”
Facebook recently made a similar argument about content on its platform. The social network published a report last week that claimed that the most popular posts are memes and other non-political content. And, faced with criticism over its handling of COVID-19 and vaccine misinformation, the company has argued that vaccine misinformation isn’t representative of the kind of content most users see.
Both Facebook and YouTube have come under particular scrutiny for their policies around health misinformation during the pandemic. Both platforms have well over a billion users, which means that even a small fraction of content can have a far-reaching impact. And both platforms have so far declined to disclose details about how vaccine and health misinformation spreads or how many users are encountering it. Mahon also said that removing misinformation is only one aspect of the company’s approach. YouTube is also working on “ratcheting up information from trusted sources and reducing the spread of videos with harmful misinformation.”

76 countries, including Japan, Germany and Norway, have now signed up to the COVAX scheme. The COVAX initiative aims to “accelerate the development and manufacture of COVID-19 vaccines, and to guarantee fair and equitable access for every country in the world”. That, again, sounds wonderful, especially given the staggering inequalities in vaccination levels between rich and developing countries.
But why is the World Health Organization (WHO), which is part of the UN, not calling the shots? “Countries together, through multilateral agencies like the WHO, were supposed to make decisions about global health issues, with maybe some technical support by others,” says Sulakshana Nandi from NGO People's Health Movement, which has recently brought out a Policy Brief on COVAX.
Big Pharma investment opportunities
COVAX was set up as a multi-stakeholder group by two other multi-stakeholder groups, GAVI (the Vaccine Alliance) and CEPI (the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations), in partnership with the WHO. Both GAVI and CEPI have strong ties with the World Economic Forum (which was one of the founders of CEPI) as well as the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and both are also connected to companies like Pfizer, GlaxoSmithKline, AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson through manufacturer partnerships (GAVI) or as 'supporters' (CEPI). Even though COVAX is funded predominantly by governments, it is these corporate-centered coalitions that are overseeing its roll-out.
The contrast between the multi-stakeholder approach and a 'classic' multilateral one came to the surface when South Africa and India proposed the so-called TRIPS waiver at the end of last year. They requested a temporary lifting of intellectual property rules on all COVID-19 technologies in order to boost the manufacturing and distribution of vaccines and other essential medical products in mainly developing countries. WHO director-general Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said in a speech that he backed the proposal. “But GAVI, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation – even Bill Gates himself – and Big Pharma opposed this proposal very strongly,” said Nandi. “It's more important for them to protect their interests and market mechanisms than to protect universal health or protect people from COVID.” The WHO was approached for comment but has not replied.
Again, there is a stark choice between a human rights-led approach carried out by the UN and a profit-led approach carried out by multistakeholder bodies representing the interests of corporations. In the case of COVAX – which is failing to meet its modest aim of vaccinating 20% of the populations of low- and middle-income countries – the former has won out.
Something fishy really is going on in the realm of global governance. If you value your right to public health, to privacy, to access healthy food or to democratic representation, be wary of the words 'stakeholder capitalism’ when they pop up at the next Davos summit.
Big tech governing big tech
Another landmark in the development of stakeholder capitalism can be found in the Big Tech sector. As a part of his 2020 Roadmap for Digital Cooperation, the UN Secretary-General called for the formation of a new ‘strategic and empowered multi-stakeholder high-level body’. Again it's not easy to find a list of stakeholders but after some digging a long list of ‘roundtable participants’ for the roadmap includes Facebook, Google, Microsoft and the WEF.
Although the functions laid out for this new body are quite vague, civil society organizations fear it will come down to Big Tech creating a global body to govern itself. This risks institutionalizing these companies' resistance against effective regulation both globally and nationally and increasing their power over governments and multilateral organizations. If the body comes to fruition, it could be a decisive victory in the ongoing war GAFAM (Google, Apple, Facebook, Amazon, and Microsoft) is waging with governments over tax evasion, antitrust rules, and their ever-expanding power over society.
More than 170 civil society groups worldwide have signed another open letter to the secretary-general of the UN – this time to prevent the digital governance body from forming. The secretary-general was approached for comment but had not replied at the time of publication. Here is the full article.
Stakeholder Capitalism by McKinsey
The McKinsey Global Institute concluded that those with a long-term view—something that is essential to stakeholder capitalism—outperformed the rest in earnings, revenue, investment, and job growth. Other McKinsey research found that companies with strong environmental, social, and governance (ESG) norms recorded higher performance and credit ratings; other research has found that such companies perform better during crises.

Why Censorship Reveals Weakness On The Part of the Tyrant
President Joe Biden wants to suppress speech that discourages Americans from being vaccinated against COVID-19. Because the First Amendment doesn’t allow him to do that, he is asking Facebook and other social-media giants to do it for him.
Vaccine skepticism has existed since the advent of the technology itself. However, the mass uptake of social media is blamed for the significant traction recently gained by the ‘anti-vax’ movement. A recent report found that 400 anti-vax social media accounts contain 58 million followers based primarily in the US, UK, Canada and Australia.
Government-based censorship laws & big tech censorship policies should not be implemented for three main reasons.
#1 - Many people have legitimate concerns around the safety and efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines due to factors including the speed of their development, the underrepresentation of ethnic minority groups in clinical trials and the unknown longevity of their immunological effects. The public must feel freely able to voice these concerns, raise challenging questions and expect transparent replies from trusted institutions. An unintended effect of shutting down anti-vax groups may be to silence those with legitimate questions for fear of shame or ridicule and lead them to harbor greater suspicion of public health authorities and sympathize with anti-vax rhetoric.
#2 - Emergency laws would enforce censorship and de-platforming and threaten the democratic cornerstone of freedom of speech. All ideas – even the bad ones – must be allowed a public airing, and their qualities debated in the marketplace of ideas. It is through this process that institutions foster influence, respect, and public trust, by presenting empirical evidence, reasoned arguments, and a scientific method based on critical thinking. Conversely, widespread de-platforming of anti-vax campaigners is unlikely to dissuade those sympathetic to these messages but rather reinforce their strongly held beliefs about vaccine conspiracies while deepening their mistrust of public health authorities. In addition, removing the social media stages of anti-vax campaigners is likely to drive them underground to adopt alternative stages that are more difficult to identify, monitor, and respond to with public health messaging. The lack of evidence to support censorship as a reliable means of producing desirable health behavior change should deter against the deployment of this strategy.
#3 - The features of an ‘anti-vax campaign’ are themselves undetermined and, depending on the breadth of the definition imposed, may include both the mere voicing of concern for vaccine safety and the intentional distribution of dangerous falsities. Governments will be without the substantial resources required to identify all online anti-vax campaigns and thus will be forced to hand over decision-making powers to social media platforms themselves. This is unlikely to be an optimal strategy for the delivery of public health messaging and risks triggering dangerous normative shifts in the ability of social media platforms to control what the public is and is not able to see.
In any event, all Americans should be alarmed that these giant firms are acting as judge and jury on enormously important issues, like our health or our elections. They must not be allowed to control our information, nor our country. Today, they are doing both.

Twitter Hides Trump Tweet on Supreme Court’s PA Ballot Decision
President Trump challenged the boundaries of Twitter's election-specific policies Monday night in an election-eve preview of what to expect in the coming days.
In a tweet, Trump railed against the decision of the Supreme Court to allow Pennsylvania officials to count Election Day postmarked ballots. In recent weeks, the Republican Party has waged a blatant legal onslaught against voting rights across key states, a cynical effort aimed at boosting the reelection prospects of the sitting president.
Twitter pushed back on the President's false argument about mail-in ballots in Pennsylvania, hiding it behind a notice of disinformation that calls the tweet "disputed." Twitter also disabled non-quote retweets, likes, and responses to the secret tweet, which remains visible but restricted.
Trump tweeted, "The Supreme Court ruling on voting in Pennsylvania is a VERY dangerous one." It will allow for widespread and unregulated cheating and will destroy all of our legal systems. In the streets, it will also cause violence. There must be something done! The reposted message was not deleted by Facebook, but a mark highlighting the reliability of voting systems was added.
63,000 likes and 13,000 comments were obtained from Trump's Facebook post three hours after it was released.
Twitter is literally a worldwide platform for Free Speech but because the person in control of this platform doesn't like your speech, he blocks or censors that even if there's no slurs or profanity used.. the CEO should be paying the price for this... There should be serious penalties for denying people free speech because they don't believe in the same things as they do politically. Deparment of Homeland Security should raid Twitter.The Supreme Court decision on voting in Pennsylvania is a VERY dangerous one. It will allow rampant and unchecked cheating and will undermine our entire systems of laws. It will also induce violence in the streets. Something must be done!
