How To Submit A Guest Article

We love guest posts and article submissions from experts.  The following are some general tips or guidelines that will help you craft your ideas:

1 - The Headline - The most important aspect of the article is the headline.  Put in a lot of thought to make it catchy and appealing to search engines and your audience.  Keep it short but also descript.  (No more than 7 words please).

2 - Use Sub-Headings - To make the copy scannable and easy to read by search engines and people, try to use sub-headings.  It provides a better understanding of the article.

3 - Original content  - Please make sure the article is original content and not plagiarized.  You can use artificial intelligence sites like Chat GPT Open AI to help you write better-quality articles.

4 - Word Limit - Make sure your article is not less than 300 words.   As a general guideline, many SEO experts recommend aiming for articles between 1,000 to 2,500 words. However, always prioritize quality, relevance, and user experience over word count alone.

5 - Search Engine Considerations - Search engines like Google will not index new content on our site if it is not a relevant topic already published on the site.  If a page's content is off-topic, it may not be able to compete effectively with other pages that are relevant and aligned with users' search queries.  Keep the content focused on existing topics.  Target the audience, research your competitors, and create content that truly meets their needs. Remember, search engines value content that provides the best user experience and addresses user queries effectively.  Here are some considerations when writing for us:

  • Quality and Relevance: Focus on creating high-quality content that is informative, engaging, and relevant to your target audience. The primary goal should be to provide value and satisfy the user's search intent.
  • Comprehensive Content: In many cases, longer articles tend to perform better in search engines as they have the potential to cover a topic more comprehensively. It allows you to include more relevant information, examples, and details, which can improve the overall quality and depth of your content.
  • Keyword Considerations: When targeting specific keywords or phrases, it's essential to include them naturally throughout your article. Longer articles often provide more opportunities to incorporate relevant keywords without overstuffing.
  • User Experience: While longer articles can be beneficial, it's crucial to prioritize the user experience. Avoid unnecessarily stretching the content or including fluff just to meet a specific word count. Users prefer concise, well-structured articles that provide clear and actionable information.
  • Analyze Competitors: Research the top-ranking articles for your target keywords to understand the average word count. This can give you an idea of the content length that performs well in your niche.
6 - Images - It is always nice to have a unique image that helps identify the article at the top.  Make sure you have permission to use the image before including it.
